FIFA 2009 Confederations CUP Teams

here is an update on this year's tournament. so far what i have been reading on fifa's official page, there are only eight teams. The eight teams are:

1) South Africa
2) USA
3) Brazil
4) Italy
5) Spain
6) Iraq
7) Egypt
New Zealand

these are the teams that will be competing. that is all i've got. more info will be on the way. that's all for now.

I dont have much knowledge on soccer but from the list you have there i am going to say the defending world cup champions Italy will win it especially with their dominant defense. It is true defense wins championships.
