Some struggles i went though that i still go through today with Karate Tournaments

The Long Beach Karate Tournament
Current mood:distraught
The Long Beach Karate Tournament
ok I am now in the Long Beach Karate Tournament on August 9th 2009!!
However, I am a bit discouraged at the moment because I have to do Ki Hon Kata Yodan! See, Ki Hon Kata Yodan is kicking my butt...and I do not feel I will be prepared by the tournament itself! I am very hard on myself as it is but this kata is tricky with the turns and the hand movements and when to KIA!
I need prayer and a lot of help becuase I am also feeling like I am forgetting the kata! I am embarrased to admit that! I am also afraid that I have been practicing the kata all wrong in the first place!
I never back down from a challenge and this is one that I am feeling that this will be the hardest one to overcome! Also, if I don 't get this then I cannot do the other katas that build on this one kata!!
i wish I could get some help or some guidience on!!
In a way I feel deflated and discouraged! Im so annoyed with myself that I want to give up...but I can't bring myself to quit! Quitting is stupid! I know I can do this but I only have until August 9th to be ready and as of this date...that is 19 days away...
GOD HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!
