When to catch salwater fish

The best time to fish is when the water is moving,what I mean by that is,u have high tide and low tide! There is a time when the tide starts to change. At that time there is no movement in the tide ok.The water is at a transition period.As the tride starts to move weather its going in or out u have good current. The smaller fish are tumbling and rolling that gives the bigger fish the chance to scoop the smaller fish up.So the topic is make sure the water is moving meaning swift current.Now this dont really apply to deaper water,just coastal waters.In your bays or shore line to 2 to 3 miles out.This applies to white trout ,speckle trout and bull reds also flonder.Just watch your local tide table..There is also neap tide,thats another transition,the water dont have as much oxygen in it.Thats not a good time to fish either!!!!Hope this helps you.
