Lots of fish one night

Well one summer evening me and mt pops decided to use our 150ft gill net 3 inch mesh.We had our 14 ft skiff wth us thats how we would check our net.we would put one post in the water deep in the sand,row the other end of the net out,stick the other post in.We were out there id say bout an hour after dark.Me and a friend started out in the boat we would put one end of the net at my side and the other end at his side of the boat now the net was 6ft by 150 ft long. We ould troll the net back and forth once an hour.Our last trip out we were at the end of the net i herd what sounded like a whale jumping out of the water..... I was like what the hell was that,it was off in the distance. I i yelled back to my pops (DID YOU HEAR THAT!!!!!!!) He replied yea what is it .Boy me and my friend really got scared cause it it was pitch dark ......And we at the end of the net 150 ft out , i kept hearing slashes like u would hear a ten foot wave.So i grabbed the pole that was holding the net in place and it was about to pull out of the water,i had to hold steady with my friend helping.Again, i yelled to my pops on shore.I dont know what we have here but its going to huge!!!!!!!Finally the poll stopped shivering and shaking and i said to my friend,lets see what we have so he took one side and i took the other side of the net.talken bout worken ur ass off,by the time we got to the shore with our nets our hands were all blopody pulling over 300 pounds of row mullet.Pops had to go buy 3 more ice coolers to so we could ice them all down... That was at 5 am in the morning!!!!! Well we had so many fish we didnt know what to do with wWe ended up sellin just about all of them ....Never would of thoght that would happen.But it did WOW what an experiance...............
